Acro Dance

Adult Ballet/Lyrical

A gentle and expressive class tailored for adults, combining classical ballet with lyrical movement. Perfect for beginners or those returning to dance, this class emphasizes grace, control, and artistry in a relaxed and supportive setting.

Ballet

Ballet is the foundation of all dance, focusing on posture, alignment, strength, and technique. Dancers will learn traditional barre and center work while building discipline and confidence. Each level progresses with increasing complexity and artistry.

Ballet/Tap Combo

This combo class introduces young dancers to the fundamentals of both ballet and tap. Students will explore rhythm and musicality through tap, while also building grace and strength through ballet technique. A perfect introduction to structured dance training.

Body Placement & Alignment

This specialty class is designed to refine body alignment, and body awareness. It's ideal for dancers seeking to strengthen technique and prevent injury through focused conditioning and correction. Recommended for III/IV+ students.

Contemporary

Grown Up & Me

A fun and interactive class for toddlers and their caregivers to explore movement together. Dancers develop motor skills, coordination, and musicality through games, songs, and basic dance steps. It's a joyful introduction to the dance studio environment.

Hip Hop

This high energy class teaches rhythm, coordination, and confidence through street style dance. Students learn choreography and freestyle techniques to current music in a fun, upbeat setting. Great for dancers looking to build performance skills and attitude!

Intro to Pointe

Intro to Pointe prepares dancers for the strength and technique required for dancing en pointe. Dancers work at the barre in soft or pre-pointe shoes to develop ankle strength, alignment, and balance. Instructor approval required.

Jazz

Jazz is a dynamic and stylized form of dance that builds technique, flexibility, and performance quality. Students learn kicks, turns, leaps, and expressive choreography to upbeat music. It's energetic, expressive, and always evolving with music trends.

Jazz/Tap Combo

This combo class introduces dancers to the rhythm and fun of tap alongside the energy and style of jazz. Students build coordination, musicality, and stage presence while learning two foundational dance styles in one class.

Leaps & Extensions

This technique focused class helps dancers develop height, control, and flexibility in jumps and leg extensions. Dancers work on splits, tilts, jetes, and other skills that enhance stage presence and performance quality. Ideal for dancers looking to refine their execution.

Leaps & Turns

A technique class that focuses specifically on turns, jumps, and combinations found in jazz, contemporary, and lyrical choreography. Dancers will work on control, spotting, and proper form in a structured, drill-based environment. A great class for improving technical precision.

Lyrical

Musical Theatre

Pointe

Pointe is an advanced form of ballet that requires dancers to perform on the tips of their toes using pointe shoes. Students work on strengthening ankles, balance, and classical technique. Instructor placement is required for safety and readiness.

Strength & Turns

This class focuses on building the muscle strength, endurance, and balance necessary for clean turns and overall technique. Dancers drill pirouettes, a la secondes, and other turning techniques while also working on core stability and control.

Tap

Tap is a rhythmic and percussive dance form where students learn timing, coordination, and musicality. Dancers use their feet like instruments, creating sounds and patterns through movement. A fun and challenging way to develop listening skills and rhythm!

Teen Ballet Technique

Tiny Dancers

A joyful introduction to dance for our youngest students! Tiny Dancers learn basic movement, rhythm, and creative expression through games, music, and imagination. This class fosters coordination and a love of dance in a nurturing environment.

Tricks & Transitions

Designed for intermediate to advanced dancers, this class focuses on dynamic movements like butterflies, illusions, and floor work. Students learn how to safely incorporate tricks and smooth transitions into choreography. A great addition to any dancer's skillset.
